Contribuições das teorias da memória para o estudo do patrimônio na WEB

The studies about memory bring very important contributions for the knowledge fields which investigate the relations among people in the contemporary society, especially the discussions about social inclusion and exclusion and the multifaceted relations among groups and individuals intermediated by the information and communication technologies. Memory receives various qualifiers depending on how the research objects are appropriated e. g.: individual, spontaneous, social, documentary, virtual, digital. This paper aims to present some philosophical thoughts of Henri Bergson and Maurice Halbwachs about memory, with the intention to subsidies the discussions about heritage conditions of existence in the cyberspace. For the electronic documentary memory organization, represented by the scientific, technical and artistic knowledge data bases, it is suggested the choice of the desired condition of memory model, emphasizing the tensions existing between information protecting and information dissemination.
