Infra-estrutura de informação: classificações e padronizações como fatores de convergência em gestão de ciência e tecnologia

This article presents the information infrastructure in its policy- and ideology-forming elements. It identifies some of its characteristics such as classifications and standards which permit the integration of systems and communication network for information exchange and social organization in the background of Science and Technology. It also proposes a methodology for the observation of its functionality via the inversion of the infrastructure, attempting to observe it at the very moment when it breaks down.
